What a charming and special place! The 1800s home and beautiful surroundings were like stepping back in time. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The house had so much character, and the view of the vineyards was stunning. Highly recommended for a truly special experience.

Nestled among beautiful vineyards, this luxury lodge offers a home away from home experience. the helpful hosts provide a warm welcome and are eager to share their local knowledge. Guests can take advantage of the stunning location to learn how to swing a golf club, or take a day tour of nearby wineries. the immaculate rooms are spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. Wake up to the delicious home-cooked breakfast, before enjoying a perfect day by the pool.

The hotel's location may be a bit remote for some guests who prefer to be closer to the city center.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of cereals and fresh fruit. The location is fantastic, nestled among vineyards and beautiful hills. Also, there is ample parking which is very convenient.

Make sure to bring bug spray or wear long pants if walking around in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay in this historical heritage house with amazing grandeur and beautiful gardens. The location amidst the nearby vineyards is truly breathtaking with stunning views of the winery vines stretching up to the horizon. The facilities are excellent, including ample parking for our car. The breakfast was a great experience, with a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit bowl, and juice to kick off our day. Finally, the warm hospitality of the staff definitely made our stay memorable.

Stunning Countryside and Delicious Food

I recently spent a weekend in a beautiful estate surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, with great access to local wineries and the Awatere Valley. The room was comfortably furnished and had beautiful views of the countryside. The resident chef provided delicious food made with fresh, local ingredients. The estate's location was key to enjoying the scenic beauty of the area.

The estate did not offer many activities beyond enjoying the stunning scenery. While it was relaxing to unwind and take in the views, I was hoping for a bit more to keep myself occupied during my stay.
